Spectro
LEDs
We
have developed in cooperation with our network a surface emitting
InP/InGaAsP LED series which covers wavelengths from 1000nm to
1700nm. The LEDs are designed to be used as light source in spectroscopy
applications and as 1310nm/1550nm source for short range fibre
transmission.
Available
standard packages include hermetic metal can equipped with lense
cap or flat window cap. For high end products we provide LEDs
with thermistor and Peltier for cooling and temperature stabilisation.
For optimum optical performance we provide also versions with
ball lense assembled directly on top surface of chip and for wideband
applications multichip packages with up to 9 chips.
